Thank you to everyone who provided their feedback for the 2021 CTTC club survey. Please see the infographic below for the results.
We received some great feedback and have implement some really exciting and new improvements.
A copy of the full report results can be provided on request, ask at the Kiosk.
Some of the already implemented and coming soon improvements flowing from the survey feedback include:
2. The old table 7 relocated to a new table space in Room 10 with a new
Newgy 2055 training robot valued at
$1,598, free to use for playing rights members until at least next month.
3. Restoration of all the barriers to make them more stable and improve the protection for players.
5. Court 1 and 3 Double Fish Umpire Chairs have been removed and older umpire chairs reinstated.
6. Scoreboards are now being actively repaired on a weekly basis, so no more loose zero’s and ones! Please let the Kiosk staff know when a number has come loose so we can put the scoreboard aside for repair, we need your feedback to know when a number is broken.
7. We have spoken to the Council and unfortunately we are not permitted to take any independent action concerning the outside steps or ramp safety concern raised, and the Council has said the conditions comply with safety standards and will not be doing anything further.
8. A new COVID safe no touch check-in system for members and regular visitors thanks to a successful grant application to VicGov. If you are a member or a regular visitor and are yet to receive your fob, ask at the Kiosk.
9. A new Coburg Table Tennis Pennant Rules publication outlining all 17 local pennant rules (to be published soon). An education campaign on the local rules will also be happening this month.
10. A new order system for bespoke equipment. If you want some equipment we don’t currently stock, we can order it in typically within a week at competitive prices.
Other improvements are in the works so keep an eye out in the news on the website and our Facebook page for more exciting things happening at Coburg TTC.
